Help and account requests
Bharat Panchang Support
Most features work locally. The steps below resolve the common account, notification, offline, and calendar issues.
Contact us
Email shinde.mahi26@gmail.com with a short description, the affected page, browser and device, selected city, and approximate time of the issue. Do not send passwords, OAuth secrets, private keys, or unnecessary family data.
Sign-in and synchronization
- Use More → Backup and sync → Continue with Google.
- Allow the browser to return to Bharat Panchang after Google authorization.
- Guest data remains local until you explicitly choose backup or sync.
- Signing out does not delete information stored on the device.
Notifications
- Sign in before enabling cloud-delivered push notifications.
- Permit notifications in both Bharat Panchang and your browser or operating system.
- Check quiet hours and lock-screen privacy under More.
- On the free hosting plan, server notification processing currently runs daily.
Offline use and local reset
Open the app online once so the PWA shell and recent calendar data can be cached. If the interface becomes stale, refresh while online. Clearing site data resets onboarding and permanently removes guest information that has not been backed up.
Calendar differences
Confirm the selected city, time zone, tradition, and lunar-month system. Regional observance rules can differ; include those settings when reporting a calculation issue.
Privacy and deletion requests
For account access, export, correction, or deletion, email from the address used to sign in. Review the Privacy Policy for details about local and cloud data.
